Today  I did an  interview with  Ms. Etheredge. These  are some facts about  her. She used to work at Avery Trace. She was the RTI and I.B. coordinator there.  Ms. Etheredge believes that she is organized, friendly, fun, and helpful. Also she would like  to bring these skills along with her to her new  job, here at AMS. She has lived in Tennessee her whole  life.

I asked  her how would she improve AMS. This was her response, “I  think it’s pretty awesome right now the little  bit that I’ve seen so I don’t know anything to  improve at this moment. But I think that there are  ways to improve everything. But I think it’s pretty awesome  right now.” In my opinion the most important question that I asked  is why do you enjoy working with kids? Ms. Etheredge thinks that kids are fun and the unexpected is always to happen and the unexpected is  always an adventure and that makes my day.

I  asked her a piece of advice she would like to give her students, and she replied just be kind.  Being kind always makes things better like when someone is down be kind to them.  Personally, I think she will  be a great assistant principal, a great role model, and also a great addition to our school.
