Population equals pollution

Population equals pollution

Emma Pointer

There are about 8 billion people on earth. The population is increasing every day slowly but surely it is. The population is a concern to many people for example,  Earths caring capacity is about 10 billion we are coming very close to hitting that mark. Scientists estimate between 8 billion and 10.5 billion people will live on earth in 2040 through 2050.  For this many people living on earth, housing is a big concern. Many people are living in huge crowded cities or apartments.  As a result, this causes pollution. One way people are thinking to solve this overpopulation is only allowing 2 children per family. Well in the end, there are many theories on overpopulation but the world still isn’t sure what to do.
