Fitness Ideas For The New Year

Fitness is always a big New Years resolution for many people. But it’s hard to figure where to start. So whether fitness was your resolution or not here is 5 10 minute workouts for 2020.

Workout 1:

5 pushups

10 situps

15 crunches

20 jumping jacks

30 second break

Do as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes


Workout 2:

Pushups for 30 seconds

30 second rest

Squats for 30 seconds

30 second rest

Repeat 5 times


Workout 3:

Jump Rope for 30 seconds

Rest for 30 seconds

Plank for 30 seconds

Rest for 30 seconds

Repeat 5 times

Workout 4:

2 Min Time
5 Burpees

10 Pushups

15 Jumping Jacks

20 Squats

Rest with any time you have left

Repeat 5 times

Workout 5:

This doesn’t necessarily last 10 minutes but, take a run or a brisk walk around your neighborhood!


Fitness can help improve you’re mental health and physical health.  I highly encourage you to try to workout at least once a week this year! You will be amazed on how far you’ve come next time this year.
